Dernier Cri has one that I really like (it's right up front of the store.. but I can't remember the name of the style) and Exile has one called Breeze). This picture looks like they might have added this hair in PS though. It looks beautiful, but I'm pretty sure they used hair lock brushes in Photoshop. I've heard of this technique before. You can get free brushes like these at DeviantArt. But if I'm wrong, let me know where I can get this hair, it's awesome!
ReplyDeleteActually I found the hair. It's freaking amazing, it comes in black, Neon Pink and White in one package and I found it at Vita's Boudoir.
