52 Weeks of Color week 25, Tangerine

Okay so first of all I have to say that this challenge is getting harder and harder. I am trying to use as much stuff as I can that is already in my inventory. I went looking for Tangerine stuff the other day and the only thing that showed up was my Tank Top from Jane. Well yesterday I began a major inventory overhaul and to my pleasant surprise this dress from Gato that I didn't know I had, has a Tangerine backside!! (or really close to Tangerine anyway) so I thought I would put it on. And even though I picked it up months ago I forgot that I had it as I do with oh so many things. Now, I made sure that after I put it on, that it was still available and guess what girls! It is! Free at Gato. And I'm gonna tell ya. This pattern is totally Kick Ass!!!!!!!! So here we go....

Post about The Fashion Garrett or TFG. Its very much like TDR only with less stuff. However the quality is just as good. the prices are the same price range from around 50L to 70L and you can pick up some very cute things for your avatar. For instance this gorgeous pink top with belt from Zenith.

A Stylin' U Surprise.

I promised a couple of surprises and here they are in random order. First of all, a photo tour of the new Stylin' U facility built by my friend Lala Sweetpetals Monday! She's amazing. 

First here is the view of our back yard from the 2nd floor of the Stylin' U building. 

Outside you can see the table and chairs which are Multi-pose items from Glitterati. Also is our couples tree. with some really cute Couples Animations.

This is the pose house. All of the furniture inside is furniture to take some nice pictures. Including the Female Posing Bed from Glitterati.

Here is the view of the Stylin' U Building from the back yard.

What you can see here is one of the side views from the back yard. That black think on top is the Runway Prop from Olive Juice. Its got Multi-avatar posing so you and your friends can come and have a runway shoot.

Also want to let the KITTY CATS fans know that you can come on over and hang out in the yard and take some pics with you kitties as mine are scattered pretty much everywhere.

The Fountain area is where we will hold our events like parties and fashion shows. Also surround this area are outdoor single poses like our Peace Sign Prop, and Posing flowers, as well a few couples poses and group poses, like our Jumping rope and a couples bench. In the fountain area is 3 pose balls for you and your friends to get a good  picture of fountains and the sky in the background.

Here is the lobby. This is just off to the left of the place where you will teleport in. If you need help, most of the time you can find someone there. Or you can me running around somewhere

When you land. You will see our logo fountain, advertising signs, and Rezz area. You can rezz objects here. You can pick up Landmarks to places like Glitterati and more. You can also take a picture or two standing in front of the fountain.

The Olive Juice Runway located on the second floor. On the second floor you will also find the group, and couples poses and props

The Photo Studio located on the 2nd floor above Hallelujah's office.

This is the pose stand Studio Box. Click the box and you can change the textures. In each box there are several different ones including the solid colors of Black, White, and Gray. These Textures are set to full bright so that if you are using a solid texture, it will give your photo a seamless look in the background.

Here is the very front of the facility look at the gorgeous sunset. You can sit on the bench that contains some great poses and get yourself some amazing sunset pics.

The main lounge just off the lobby. Sit and relax with friends and while your at it. Grab the freebies on the table.

The main pose area. This is primarily female, but there are few male and unisex poses mixed in. You can find directions on how to rezz your poses and Studio box at the end of the hall just off of the Landing point.

52 weeks #25 Periwinkle

I didn't have much. if any. Then suddenly, there it was. I found the cutest little blouse. I decided while I was in Paris after all, that I should buy it and take it back to the US. Though Walmart might have something similar. Nothing beats finding a beautiful design in Paris. I went back to my blue Parisian Flat, threw on my favorite pair of Jean shorts and my cozy Calf High socks. I rested in front of the window for a minute to get a look at the eiffel tower. Then I decided that it was time to cozy up for the rest of the night and read a good book. After all, Paris would be there for me tomorrow.

and I will say it again. I LOVE VINTAGE! This vintage lingerie which is todays Vinyl Cafe Dollarbie is no exception. I am very picky about this kind of stuff, but the smooth lines and the detail is amazing. Go get it for only 1L.

I'm going to go ahead and spoil the first part of our 3 part surprise. We have been joined by Lina Monday and her Creative Solutions Design Firm at our new Stylin' U facility in world. Lina is my in world BFF. Amazing photographer. Way better than I am, and a sweetie. Lina was the founder of the old CURVY 8 club in SL and is still hanging around with me. WELCOME LINA!

NEWS! and what I'm wearing

My friend Lala has take on the project of complely re-vamping Stylin' U. Been super busy in world. That's why I haven't been blogging for a bit. More news on the new build and the Awsome new surprise that we have in store for you. (you will love it).

Meanwhile, I did take the time out to snap a pic of what I wore to a party. of course, people were questioning my taste in hair since it was a semi-formal cocktail party. Oh well. They know I like to be unique.

oh and btw, tp and run to TDR and get these Ys&Ys Shoes for 70L. Fabulous.

Mix & Match, 52 weeks of color, egg plant

I am getting a week ahead of myself. #1. because I am already wearing something in next week color, and #2. I have something else to post so I figured, might as well do it early. Today I am going to give you a bit of a club mix and match. Yes, I've been drinking like a fish and this photo of me was snapped as I was getting up off of the floor after passing out drunk. I'm such a little lush in my pink hair. LOL. So here we go, I started with this Eggplant Tank from JANE and decided to pair it with my Zebra Leggings from SHEER. That was all I had on. I then couldn't decide whether I wanted Sexy, Slutty, Stillettoes, or if I wanted some Slinky, Sultry, Boots. As you can see I ended up with my NOIR BOOTS, from HOC. (God I love them).  Then it was onto an accessory or two. At first, I tried some black pearls and they just didn't look right. Then I tried my Silver cross necklace and military wrist cuffs and they didn't seem to fit. Then i realized that I didn't need a necklace and decided on a belt. It was then, that I remembered my belt from MIEL. Yay!!! So of course, on it went. Then it was skin time. My god, I have so many skins this took me a few minutes. I then remembered my DIANA skin for TDR by CANDYDOLL. It worked. It wasn't too fancy or classy, not too much or too little make up, Nor was it really shiny or really dull. Perfect fit. And I remembered my Lashes from the Euphoria Hunt by MONS, they are kind or funky looking so I decided to go with them. The nails, I went with EXODI mani pedis in black. Didn't go with long nails because well, I didn't want to scratch anyone, and I wanted to be able to hold a cocktail in my hand easily.
Wayyyyyy back in the inventory I had this spiky pink punk hair. There is no name on it, don't know who made it, but I have it. decided that could work. Finally, I picked this pair of earrings from all of my GLOW STUDIO earrings. They were all funky, but most of them were either black, white or both. I needed big earrings and GLOW'S are the biggest ones in my inventory. Still something was missing. I needed something over the tank. Then i remembered the Bolero Leather jacket from KANIVAL!  So, I pieced all of these together and here is my final look.

52 Weeks of Color Asparagus.

Asparagus? Really? I mean seriously? AAAAAH! I have nothing in my massive inventory that is that color, however, I did find a couple of things that are close sooo, I am going with this Green Tina Dress from KKBB. Okay this dress might be just a tad darker than the color I'm supposed to wear, but guess what? I DON'T CARE!! I'm running low on $L so I have to work with what I've got at the moment. So here we go.
