Feeling Golden! What I'm wearing

So I went from a black mood earlier today to a now bright sunny golden mood. I'm wearing a really fun outfit. I must say, this is some hair that I got back in my noob days for free. It was tucked back in my inventory under a subcategory or a subcategory. Thought I would try it out and lo and behold. I'm loving it.

Not often that Post about hair but...

...I couldn't resist. On my travels around SL, and checking out SLURLs found on other blogs, I have found yet another store. dDx. This place has lots of dread locks including this awesome one I found for only 1L. Now, I am not usually a fan of Dreadlocks, because until now, I never found any that I liked, but this one not only has the Auburn dreads, but also, has the Auburn hair base to match. I didn't really look around much, because I wanted to post this blog, but, I will go back soon.

Until I go back, maybe you should take a trip over there and check out all the cool stuff.

What I'm wearing.

I am feeling a bit in a sexy Biker Chick, Punk Rocker mood today so I got dressed up and thought I would do a What I'm Wearing blog.  So what am I wearing? Look below the picture and find out.

Tour of Stylin' U in world.

Still in the process of really getting the place up to par, but, I am going to take you on a photographic tour of the Stylin' U facility in world. 

Here is part of our first floor. You will see our logo sign and the reception area upon entry. In the reception area, you can find our group joiner, our donation Box, picture screens, and reception desk. On the reception desk you will also find 2 landmarkers. One in Pink containing freebies for Females and one in Blue containing freebies for males. Directly behind the Reception desk you will find our lounge with comfy twisty sofa's, our stylin' u coffee table photo book and a tv that the public can watch. 

From Here, if you turn around and look to your left, you will see our freebie wall containing freebies from Smushyface as well as Free Rave Gear, Weapons, Clothing, LM's, Gestures and more. 

Just on the other side of lounge wall we have our shared media lounge four you viewer 2 and compatible viewer users.  where you can surf the web. Show your Flickr photos to friends while in world or sit and watch movies you can't get on our NAT TV's.

Just outside, back on the porch next to our main logo we have our Rezz Area that anyone is welcome to use to un-pack their boxes. Just remember to delete them or take them with you when you leave.

The 2nd floor consists of our Stylin' U studio with Pose Props and a Photo Studio. The pose props are free to use at any time and but there is a 50L fee for use of the Photo studio. We have pose props from Glitterati, Lear and more. Our Actual photo studio consits over over 600 poses and 500 back grounds.

See these white things? We call them our pose hubs. Each of these contains a bright white background so that they are easier to cut out if you want to cut your avatar picture out using Photoshop or Gimp. Each contains different posing items including Multiple pose posing stands. 

Also with just a touch you can change your color options on the Pose Hubs. One touch and you have many options including Greyscales.

The 3rd floor consists of primarily the same, including an all Male Pose stand, some couple poses and some Unisex Pose props as well as  another Shared Media Screen (not shown) and lounge area. Also outside the front door, (forgot to mention) We have a UNA game table that you and your friends are welcome to use at any time.

Presenting. 1 grand re-opening freebie and one niiiice dollarbie. DCNY's store is featuring both. The shirt and vest with the tie is the Dollarbie and the Red top and pants are the grand opening freebie. Now, with the dollarbie, you have a couple of options. A bit more business like with the vest and tucked into my pin stripe pants, or you can get a bit more sexy. As if its the end of the work day and un-tuck the darned thing. Surely you can remove the tie as well and be even more sexy. The Red Top and pants are cute as well. However, I think I will wear them with something else.

2 in 1 blog. 52 weeks of color week 17 Lime and Mix & Match

First lets start off with the mix and Match. I have taken this Parisienne Rhedd dress that I got from the lucky board at AQUA and made one minor change to make it a completely different outfit. All I did was add the Pashmina Belt from Veschi and take off the skirt. This turned it into a cute little Pink and Lime pants outfit. See the difference one little thing can make?

Cutest Meow Meows ever!

Okay so ten days ago I bought my first pair of Kitty Cats from the Kitty Cats sim. I was really thinking that I didn't want to spend the 599 on realistic cats that I would have to feed and take care of. Well, it was easy! Not only did I get one pair, I then went back 2 days later and got 2 more pair. Buy the food, put it down. Cuddle them, enjoy them. Take pics with them, and let them just be adorable. They do things and they are breedables so they will pop out kittens when you get your love to 100%.

Hunt Item from Paris Metro

I heard about the Flighty February Hunt on a not from the Paris Metro Group Subscriber. This adorable green gown and fairy wings is hidden somewhere in a bug on the 4th floor of the Paris Metro Main Store. I love Paris Metro so I'm not really caring about any other hunt item. This one will be good for my fairy party this spring. However, you could take off the wings and wear it as a spring formal to one of SL's many gala's. Of course if you're like me, You might just wear it because you can.

What I'm Wearing #1.

New weekly, possibly daily post. What I'm wearing is just to show some hot little numbers that I've picked up in SL over time. It could be a smashing formal gown as this number from Phoenix Rising. The store is gone, but you can still find some of their products on the Marketplace for 25L. The hair  is Truth, the Gloves are also Phoenix Rising, yet from another gown, The Jewelry is Dark Mouse. Both my skin and my eyes are from Exodi. And even though you can't see them, the shoes are N-Core Illusion. Not  cheap shoes, but well worth the L, especially if you can break down and get the color change fat pack.

And that is what I'm wearing.

1L a day

The Vinyl Cafe now has a 1L a day gift out at their main store. Today was the micro skirt and the leather jacket, This is for the biker chick in all of us. Now, if you're like me and you have that ample Bosom that you don't like to change, you might either need to resize the collar, or just get rid of it all together. Or you can skip this outfit and get others. after all it is only 1L.

The Virtues of 14L

I just hit the 14L for 14 day sale at FK Virtues main store. Only problem is, I forgot to grab the SLURL while I was there so I'm going to make you do a search for it. Every item in the store is 14L, all the women's stuff, all the men's stuff and even the size 0 slipper shoes in an array of colors.  I bought at least 2 of almost everything and 14L is super cheap for such good quality clothing. Check out the corset tops, and the jeans. The jeans also come in Capri style. Then there are the sweaters, and the sexy minis I picked up. And each one was 14L. which makes me happy as a clam. I am just going to post a couple of things because I got so many of them. And remember these are 14L per piece.

Here I am at VERSHE. Wearing my newly purchased leopard print pants. I got them in Black, pink and Gray at 50L each. I also picked up these cute brick colored jeans and the pink and white tube top out of the Freebie bags that you can get upon joining the group.These are really cute. And I suggest you pick them up ASAP. That is, if you like animal print. VERSHE doesn't have tons of stuff yet, but they will get there. Go in and buy what adorable stuff they do have and keep going back for more

Just thought I would share

So I did my very first shadow today using GIMP. Yay! I think it turned out pretty well. Here it is and also if you're curious about anything in the picture. The hair is Truth, the Dress is Boom, the Skin is Exodi. I'm just very excited about this!! hoooooray.
